Synchronise (Sync)

For convenience, alarm settings can be made on both the Account web pages on www.general-alert.com and on the Primary Base Unit.

 

For the system to work correctly it is important that the alarm settings are the same on both the Primary Base Unit and the web pages. Whenever changes are made you will be prompted to synchronise the settings. On the web pages you will need to click on "Update Alarm Settings". On the Primary Base Unit you will be prompted to "Save Changes?". Messages are passed between the web pages and the Primary Base Unit to ensure alarm settings are the same on each.
